Load bearing capacity of the unprotected steel construction declines fast and looses its strength in fire whereby the damage or even the building collapse occurs. We provide the improvement of fire resistance of steel constructions by the means of fire stopping coatings application on them. These coatings will foam by fire and create the thermal insulating layer which prohibits critical steel overheating. Important condition for the functionality and reach of fire resistance is keeping of composition and minimum thickness of the coating system which we prove by the means of measurement of individual layers of applied coating thickness. Fire stopping coatings of the cable distributions prevent the fire propagation along the cable insulation and provide functionality under fire conditions. Material applied by us does not contain solvents, it is neutral to cable insulation and it has good thermal conductivity.
