Local foam extinguishing

It is a specially developed extinguishing system, intended for large-capacity kitchens; its effectiveness is based on a chemical reaction of extinguishing agent with fat. The ANSULEX extinguishing agent is directed to the center of the kitchen fire, which is mostly caused by burning fat. A foam cover, which emerges at the reaction of the extinguishing agent with the burning fat, prevents air from coming in, decreases the temperature of the fat and prevents re-ignition.
The ANSULEX extinguishing agent is placed in a pressure vessel in proximity of a protected kitchen facility and distributed to the center of the fire via the propelling gas (N2) in case of fire.
